This material is asbestos free and is manufactured and tested according to ECE90 (Regulation 90) Homologation.  

Heavy duty material particularly suitable for bus and heavy trailer applications and any other extreme use.

Rapid Bed-in Coating 

When a new pad is fitted the surface contact is initially quite poor, as disc and pad surfaces are never totally smooth. Once the brake pad has been bedded in the surface of the pad and the disc will match. This usually takes several hundred km to achieve. The Bed-in coating on Juratek pads ensures a maximum surface contact is achieved almost immediately thus avoiding the need to bed in the pads.*   

ECE90 Approved Friction Material

All heavy commercial vehicle brake pads are approved to Regulation 90 (ECE90). In addition all light commercial vehicle references are approved to ECE90 where required.*
