Designed to OE Specifications
Juratek's team of engineers have developed our range of products to industry-leading standards. Using hi-tech software including CAD (Computer Aided Design) and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), we're able to produce detailed models which are converted into 2D manufacturing drawings. These drawings form part of the ongoing inspections our products are subjected to, ensuring manufacturing consistency and conformity to provide customers with the best product possible.
Coated Discs
Anti-corrosion paint is applied to the non-braking surface of all Juratek brake discs. Fully coated discs can impair braking performance, so we developed our range in a way that helps facilitate optimum safety and performance.
Tested to UNECE R90:02 Regulations
UNECE R90:02 aims to establish a common minimum standard of braking performance, product integrity and manufactured quality for replacement discs and drums.
Optimised Vent Design
All Juratek brake discs are reverse engineered from the OE product, with particular attention given to ensure the appropriate vent design is utilised. There are many variations of vent design from wall-type vents, diamond pattern and pillar vents which are specific to the performance of the vehicle.
Vent Protection
Anti-corrosion coating is also applied to the end of Juratek brake discs and inside the vent gap. This helps prevent corrosion from weakening the internal structure of the brake disc.
