Brake Hoses

Juratek brake hoses undergo extensive testing to ensure customers get the best product possible. Product testing is carried out on both the materials used, and the final product itself, while rubber compounds are batch coded to ensure full traceability for quality control purposes.

Wheel Cylinders

Wheel cylinders are an integral part of a brake drum system. They consist of a small cylinder with a piston at each end and are found at the opposite end of the brake line to the brake pedal. When the brake pedal is engaged, brake fluid is forced into the cylinders which in turn pushes the pistons out.

Older wheel cylinders can eventually split or crack under pressure, while pistons can be worn down, reducing the force in which the brakes can be applied.
