Further COVID-19 Update

In light of the latest government communication, Juratek would like to provide an update to our customers:


  • We are operating a ‘business as usual’ approach and are able to receive, book and ship orders to all our customers around the globe, as normal.

  • Given these unprecedented times, there have been changes made to normal working practices in order to adhere with the government guidelines:

  • Our external sales team have been working from home for the last week, and are all contactable by phone and email.

  • Our Internal sales & customer service dept is working from home where possible, with a reduced number of persons physically in the office to deal with phone calls and logistics enquiries.

  • Marketing & product management have been fully working from home for the past week.

  • Finance where feasible are working from home and a reduced level of staffing is on rotation in the office

  • For those in the office we have strict social distancing rules in place and have introduced enhanced cleaning and housekeeping procedures to ensure all staff are kept safe while maintaining our service levels

  • Due to the outstanding attitude of our staff, and up-to-date IT systems, we as a business we are fully operational and functioning at 99% availability.

We will continue to monitor this constantly changing situation and communicate any effects on our business accordingly.
